I’ll be traveling through April 12. During this time, support will continue as usual with Tom checking in throughout the day.
I do expect to have internet access while I am away, so I will be checking in periodically myself, just not as frequently as usual. I still expect to be able to check at least once every 24 hours during normal support hours.
If there is something that specifically requires my attention, it may take a little extra time for me to be able to take a look.
