UberMenu does not collect any data from your site visitors, so there are no concerns for GDPR compliance specific to having UberMenu installed on your site.
For your reference, UberMenu transmits data to the SevenSpark servers under the following circumstances:
- When you enter your license code in the Control Panel > Updates tab, your license code and basic information such as the site URL is transmitted to our servers in order to record your activation of the license.
- When your WordPress system checks for updates, your license and plugin version are transmitted to our servers to check if there is an UberMenu update. This check only occurs if you have entered your license code in the Updates tab of the Control Panel.
- When you click the “Support” button in your Control Panel, your site URL, license, version number, theme name, email address, etc are sent to the ticket form so that those fields may be auto-filled to save you time. However, this information is only recorded if you submit the form, and you may edit it before submission.
This information is only used to manage licensing and provide updates and support, and is never shared with any third parties.
